Driving: Power and Accuracy

.1st question I always ask is do you have any physical conditions I should know about? Back, Hips, Knees, Arthritis and finally do you go to a gym.

Other areas to focus on:

  1. Flexibility - Daily Stretching - Use Pole, Use Orange whip - Stack System, 2 clubs.

  2. Set-Up - Grip, posture, stance, ball position tee height, Alignment.

  3. Big Shoulder Turn - Lead shoulder behind the ball - 90-degrees. Helps height, carry distance and over all yardage. Set up. (*Tip a bigger hip turn will also help shoulders turn more).

  4. Contact - Is it in the center of the Club-face? Hit up on tee ball.TrackMan , Face tape, Dr Scholl’s foot spray

  5. Swing Speed - How fast are you swinging, how fast is the ball speed? 1.50 smash factor!
